How You Will Make a DifferenceAs the heart of our front desk, you will play a vital role in nurturing our studio community and keeping our peaceful space running smoothly:
Creating Warmth & Connection (Customer & Patient Care)- Welcome & Comfort:
Greet every client and patient with sincere warmth, setting a soothing, positive tone for their wellness visit. - Support & Guidance:
Answer calls and emails with care and patience. Gently guide clients through class schedules, packages, and services, helping them find what best supports their health journey. - Seamless Service:
Use our software (Mindbody) to handle check-ins, class sign-ups, and appointment scheduling thoughtfully and accurately.
- Aesthetic & Atmosphere:
Keep our boutique and lobby looking beautiful, calm, and organized. Help receive, display, and restock wellness merchandise. - Attentive Care:
Maintain the cleanliness and serenity of our sanctuary—folding blankets and mats, caring for Pilates reformers, managing studio laundry, and keeping common areas fresh and welcoming. - Reliable Support:
Keep client records and waivers carefully updated, manage supply ordering, and support studio leadership with day-to-day details to ensure a seamless experience for staff and guests alike.

- Experience:
2+ years in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role (Required). - Cash Handling: 2+ years of experience (Required).
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree a plus). - Tech Comfort:
Comfortable learning and using scheduling software (Mindbody), email, and basic Google Workspace tools. - Physical Capability:
Ability to carry out light physical upkeep (lifting up to 10 lbs, organizing props, and light cleaning).
