Beacon Medical Group is seeking BC/BE Rheumatologists to join our premier practices in Granger, Indiana and Goshen, Indiana. Our positions provide an opportunity to dedicate your expertise and to expand the program that is growing beyond the capacity of our existing physicians.

Rheumatologist Job Summary

Our dynamic and collaborative Rheumatology team practices across two locations in northern Indiana (Granger and Goshen). You will work in modern facilities with strong specialty support and an excellent quality of life.

Granger, Indiana
A dedicated Rheumatology practice located within Beacon Granger Hospital, with an eight-chair infusion center, eight exam rooms, and in-house imaging and laboratory services. As Beacon’s largest Rheumatology practice, you’ll collaborate with Orthopedics and Neurology teams for referrals and multidisciplinary care.

Goshen, Indiana
Join an exceptional group of board-certified specialists delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Goshen Outpatient Center offers onsite imaging and lab services with collaboration across Neurosurgery, Cardiology, and Gynecology for complex care.

A typical day includes new consultations and follow-up visits, reviewing labs and imaging, completing documentation and e-prescribing, and coordinating care plans. You will work with infusion teams to oversee biologic therapies and support ongoing treatment plans. Multidisciplinary collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, and care coordination teams supports efficient workflows and a predictable schedule. Procedural opportunities include joint injections and aspirations where clinically appropriate.

• Mon–Fri, No Weekends, No Holidays
• Flexible start/stop times depending on physician preference and clinic need
• Occasional call. 1:4, 0–3 calls per week
• Inpatient coverage is handled by a hospitalist team, so there is no inpatient call requirement

• Affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine at Notre Dame and Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency for teaching residents, medical students, and supervising post-graduate trainees
• Involvement in quality initiatives, clinical standardization, and system-wide committees
• Opportunities to build niche specialties (e.g., osteoporosis management, autoimmune dermatology, vasculitis, infusion therapy optimization)
• Support for CME, conferences, and other professional development opportunities
