Granger Christian School is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic Secondary Math Teacher for grades 7-12. The ideal candidate will teach a range of mathematics, such as Algebra, Geometry, and higher-level courses, helping students develop critical thinking skills while maintaining a high standard of academic excellence in a faith-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for middle and high school math subjects (Grades 7-12) following standard curriculum requirements.
* Integrate a biblical worldview and Christian faith into all lessons.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and disciplined classroom environment.
* Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and administration.
* Participate in faculty meetings, chapel services, and school events.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field.
* Valid Teaching Certification/License preferred.
* A vibrant Christian faith and a desire to minister to students.
* Previous experience teaching secondary mathematics is preferred.
