External Epicor Consultant (Permanent / Ongoing / Contract / Part-time)

We’re looking for a highly experienced technical professional to join our team as an Epicor ERP Consultant. This role is ideal for a senior technical and application professional who enjoys being a long-term partner rather than a short-term fixer.

• Provide expert support for Epicor ERP (version-specific experience required)
• Design and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
• Troubleshoot and optimize Epicor across manufacturing, finance, and operations
• Translate business needs into practical Epicor solutions
• Advise on best practices, system configuration, and process improvements
• Maintain internal ticketing system and client updates
• Support integrations, data issues, and upgrades as needed

• Experience with enterprise software implementation and administration
• Manufacturing and/or distribution experience
• Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working directly with business users
• Clear communicator who can operate without heavy oversight
• Impactful and complex project experience (either as a manager or team member)

• Hands-on Epicor consulting experience
• Familiarity with Epicor Classic and Epicor Kinetic Interfaces
• Epicor Technical Core: BPMs, BAQs, Functions, DMT, CMP, Epic Care, Epic Web, SQL
• REST services, or integration experience
• Costing and financial reporting expertise, SSRS
