Wag’n Tails is looking for a compassionate, solution-driven Customer Care Specialist to support our growing community of mobile pet professionals. We’ve recently redefined our Customer Care approach to focus on Listening First, Clear Communication, Follow Through

You’ll be the go-to resource for technical support, parts and warranty coordination, and customer success. What You’ll Do:- Provide technical support for vehicle conversion systems including electrical (120
VAC & 12
VDC), plumbing, and appliances. - Troubleshoot issues with both customers and service centers, adapting communication to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Process parts and accessories orders, return authorizations, and warranty claims.
- Maintain detailed documentation across all support channels.
- Coordinate with our Service Center to facilitate in‑house service when needed.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer—sharing feedback and opportunities with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Build strong relationships with customers by leading with empathy and delivering personalized support.
- 2+ years of experience in technical service, customer service, or field support (RV or vehicle manufacturing experience preferred).
- Certified RV Technician a plus (RVIA/RVTI Level 2 or NRVTA desired).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret schematics and system layouts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with customer service software (CRM experience a plus).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust across teams and with customers.
- Comfortable working in a call center environment and occasionally in vehicles for training purposes.
- Understands the unique needs of mobile pet professionals.
- Is passionate about helping customers succeed and solving problems that matter.
