Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab​/EP

Inpatient Nursing Care Position

Provide inpatient nursing care during scheduled shifts, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Responsible for managing a varied caseload with adherence to hospital protocols and procedures. Participate in on-call rotation to support ongoing patient needs outside regular hours.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to identify changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Respond to call shifts and provide support for urgent patient needs during off-hours.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license for the appropriate state.
• Possess recent hospital or acute care experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be flexible to work weekday and weekend call shifts as scheduled.
