Customer Service Rep
Customer Service Representatives at Domino's are responsible for handling in‑store and phone orders, preparing food items, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the day and night.

Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to work all stations in store, such as making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in‑store, and expediting orders from the cut table
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
- Prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 33°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside
- Fumes from artificial and natural scents or odors from food, gases, air fresheners, etc.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Confined spaces, such as a walk‑in cooler
- Hot surfaces, tools, and products from the oven up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person; near and mid‑range vision used for most in‑store tasks; depth perception necessary for all positions; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; far vision and night vision needed for delivery personnel.

Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Climbing, Bending/Crouching/Squatting, Reaching, Hand Tasks, Machines, Tools, Equipment, and Work AidsMost tasks are performed from a standing position on ceramic tile, concrete, or linoleum. Walking over short distances and short durations is required, often between store and customer vehicles. Sitting occurs during paperwork or driving to deliveries. Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb are unloaded weekly; lifting to shelves up to 72″ high is required. Dough trays (≈12 lb), cases of product (≈25 lb), and other items may need to be carried.
Products may need to be pushed or pulled on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb of force. Occasionally climb stairs or a ladder. Frequent bending, reaching, and eye‑hand coordination are essential. Team members must manipulate pizza peel and cutters, and use tools such as pens, calculators, and scales.
