Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store and ensure staff training and staffing levels meet company standards and KPIs;
Order and maintain inventory in the department, using inventory control procedures to ensure freshness and quality;
Review and validate received orders for amount, quality, count or weight, condition, and ensure proper storage;
Manage a team to complete stocking, production, and tasks to ensure product quality, planning, accuracy, and rotation; handle spoiled/damaged products per guidelines;
Attend daily huddles and meetings, implement scheduling, labor control, overtime control, and payroll expense for the department
