Sales Development Specialist

What You'll Do

• Review inbound pre-qualification applications
• Engage and nurture leads through personalized follow-ups
• Educate prospects on financing and leasing options
• Maintain detailed records of activities and lead status using Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified leads
• Assist with trade show planning and execution

• 2+ years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Proactive communicator who thrives on solving problems and taking ownership
• Eagerness to grow professionally in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and working with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer usage
• Bilingual is a bonus, but not required

• Eager to travel and network with grooming industry experts (may include up to 25 travel days per year as needed)
