Position Overview:

Korhorn Financial Group is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and families find the right coverage for their needs. This is a relationship-driven role focused on guiding clients through important decisions and building long-term trust.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide quotes and coverage recommendations for personal lines products
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Follow up on leads and active opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications:
  • Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Sales or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using agency management systems and basic computer tools
