You’ll play a foundational role in establishing our Plumbing Division, shaping systems, processes, and long‑term standards.

• $40–$60/hr base pay (depending on experience)

You’ll be the lead technician and key driver behind our plumbing expansion, responsible for providing 5‑star service AND helping shape the division’s future.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients
• Install fixtures, water heaters, valves, and piping systems
• Perform leak detection, drain cleaning, and pipe replacement
• Ensure all work meets local and state code requirements
• Train and mentor future techs as the division grows
• Collaborate with leadership on growth, pricing, and service offerings
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work in Service Titan
• Represent Mr. Handyman’s professional, trusted “Helpful Neighbor” experience

• Licensed Plumber (Indiana)
• 3–5+ years of proven residential or commercial plumbing service experience
  
  Strong diagnostic, repair, and installation skills
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Own basic plumbing tools
• Professional appearance and great customer communication
• Comfortable working independently
• Excited by the idea of helping launch a new department
• Leadership potential — or leadership ambition
