Overview
iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Safety team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for a Safety Administrator to join our Safety team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL
. Our ideal Safety Administrator is organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn digital safety and compliance platforms. They bring 2+ years of experience in compliance, data systems, or safety administration—ideally in the construction industry—and can communicate effectively across departments. This role supports schedules, travel coordination, and documentation to keep safety records accurate and the Safety Department running efficiently.
Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Safety Administrator include:
- Providing daily administrative support to Safety Managers and department leadership, including managing calendars, meetings, and internal communication.
- Coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, lodging, rental vehicles, and itineraries, and assisting with logistics for trainings, safety meetings, site visits, and conferences.
- Maintaining departmental calendars, training schedules, onboarding tasks, and certification tracking for safety personnel.
- Managing safety compliance documentation by keeping records, training files, and certifications accurate, organized, and audit‑ready; support regulatory inspections and subcontractor prequalification documentation.
- Supporting digital safety systems through data entry, validation, basic reporting, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems; assist with documenting processes and improving workflows while learning new software tools used by the department.
Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Safety Administrator include:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple digital systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt new systems and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a safety department, construction environment, or field‑based operations
- Familiarity with compliance or documentation platforms (e.g., Trade Tapp, Geotab, Procore, Smart Sheet, or similar)
- Experience coordinating travel or supporting leadership teams
- Exposure to safety documentation, compliance tracking, or audit support
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000.
