The Clinic Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling phone inquiries, and assisting with billing and insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm and organized environment in a busy medical setting.

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in clinic setting preferred

The pay range for this position is $16.20 - 24.30 per hour.
