Mechanical Engineer pm

Job Overview

In this role, you will work as a Mechanical PM on commercial, industrial, educational, health care, and other projects. Your main responsibilities will involve HVAC, piping, plumbing, and temperature control projects. You will also participate in planning, cost development, scheduling, and coordination with utilities, communication systems, structures, machines, equipment, and processes.

• 5+ years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Knowledge of procedures for design and the production of construction documents
• Knowledge of mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT

Salaries are competitive and based on experience; range: $115,000‑135,000.
