iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Operation steam. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.
This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for a Real Estate & Facilities Managerto join our Operations team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for a Real Estate & Facilities Manageris someone who has 7+years of experience and will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company real estate portfolio, including property acquisition evaluation, lease administration, facility planning, capital improvement projects, construction management, and ongoing building operations .
Primary responsibilities for iSui te’s Real Estate & Facilities Manager i nclude:
Real Estate Strategy & Acquisition:
Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential property acquisitions; coordinate due diligence and develop investment recommendations.
Lease Administration & Portfolio Management:
Evaluate, negotiate, and administer leases for office, warehouse, and shop facilities.
Design, Construction & Capital Projects:
Lead planning, design, construction, renovations, and facility expansion projects.
Facilities Management:
Oversee building operations, preventative maintenance, compliance, and facility improvements.
Staff Leadership:
Supervise facilities, maintenance, and grounds personnel and coordinate contractors.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage service provider performance.
Financial Management:
Develop operating and capital budgets and monitor expenditures.
Travel may be required as needed to support business objectives, meetings, training, and other organizational needs.
Primary qualifications for iSuit e’s Real Estate & Facilities Manager i nclude:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or portfolio management.
Construction industry experience is a plus!
Experience with acquisitions, lease negotiations, capital projects, and staff supervision.
Strong financial, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Actively pursues personal and professional growth through continuous learning, feedback, and goal setting.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
