Competitive Pay & Bonuses

• Starting wage: $20.51/hr
• Production Incentive Bonus: 2025 average was 15.13% (approximately $3.10/hr extra based on $20.51/hr)
• Shift Premiums: 2nd shift: +$1.50/hr, 3rd shift: +$1.00/hr
