Registered Nurse; RN - ICU Nights

Position Overview

ICU RNs are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Nights 7 pm–7 am, 24 hrs per week

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

• Current Illinois Nursing License
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training course (CPI) required within 1 month of hire date
• Preferred:
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS)

• Previous experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $32.00 – $48.00 per hour.

Pay is determined based on various factors, including education level, years of experience, relevant certifications, and specific skills related to the position. The final compensation package will be discussed with Human Resources to ensure fairness and alignment with the candidate's qualifications.
