As a Transportation Driver
- Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our commitment to delivering high-quality care and transportation services to our patients in Granite City, Illinois. In this full-time position, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well‑being of our patients, while also providing exceptional transportation services.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Provide basic nursing care, such as taking vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Transport patients to and from appointments, treatments, and procedures in our company-owned vehicles
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and care services rendered
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Illinois
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
