Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Granite Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Granite City, Illinois.
New Pay Scale and Shift DifferentialShift differential is available.
ResponsibilitiesProvide vital nursing care to senior residents, ensuring high quality health services. Lead and oversee CNAs, collaborating with other staff and families to discuss patient care plans. Communicate effectively, listen empathetically, and document required care accurately and promptly. Maintain organization and time‑management skills to support exceptional patient service.
Qualifications- Current LPN license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age 18
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Prior nursing experience preferred
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
12‑hour shifts ranging from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM. Choice of days or nights with flexibility to suit individual needs.
