As a Registered Nurse with Evercare of Granite City, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This includes:

• Assessing patients  physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to address their unique needs.
• Administering medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians, and monitoring patients  responses to therapy.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
• Educating patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and overall health promotion.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
