Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, offers an 8–16 week RN Residency Program designed to help new graduates transition to confident professional nurses through hands-on training and mentorship.
Full-time (36 hrs/week) and part-time options are available, with shift options days and nights. New grads may receive a sign-on bonus up to $5,000; experienced nurses up to $10,000. Eligible license:
Missouri RN or compact state licensure; BLS within 30 days of hire.
