• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to drive quality care and resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Conduct regular rounds and assessments to evaluate resident care and identify areas for improvement
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and team collaboration
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Participate in state and federal surveys, providing expertise and insights to drive continuous improvement
• Champion quality improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting on metrics and outcomes

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or senior living setting, with a focus on nursing leadership
• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
• Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of current regulations, standards, and best practices in long-term care
• On-Call

• Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 annually
