We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Evercare of Granite City, a leading provider of healthcare services in Illinois. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and families.

As a Registered Nurse at Evercare of Granite City, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients, including those with chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute conditions. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and make adjustments to care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, treatments, and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues
