You ll provide critical, hands-on care to our most acute patients, working closely with a skilled, collaborative team in a high-acuity environment where every shift makes a real difference. What You ll Do
- Deliver patient care through the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate nursing care in line with established clinical best practices
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes
- Apply critical care skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Illinois RN license
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross); ACLS preferred
- Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire
- Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Competitive pay: $32.00-$50.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications
