At Gateway Regional Medical Center, we’re looking for an experienced RN ready to step into a house‑wide leadership role. As House Supervisor, you’ll be the clinical decision‑maker across departments during your shift - directing nursing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring every patient receives safe, coordinated, high‑quality care.

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care across the facility, applying the full nursing process – assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Serve as the go‑to clinical leader for staff across departments, troubleshooting in real time
• Partner with physicians, department leads, and care teams to keep patient outcomes on track
• Step in to guide complex or escalating situations with confidence and sound judgment

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• 2–3 years of hospital experience
• Strong communicator who works well across disciplines
• Resilience, stamina, and a calm presence under pressure
