Compensation

Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium incentives ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
