Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to work to maintain all equipment and grounds at the facility in an orderly, attractive appearance in safe condition. This person is expected to perform the essential functions of this position in a timely and efficient manner. Under direct supervision and guidance, assists with all maintenance and repairs in general Building Maintenance including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Painting, Plastering, snow/ice  this role you will perform minor maintenance, and P.M.s as well as assist with the repairs and calibration of equipment.

This position also performs other routine manual duties as required, such as but not limited to moving furniture, office supplies and equipment, or any other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

• -Work Schedule: 8hr shifts, 40hr/wk

Education Qualifications:

• Required: High school Graduate or Equivalent

Experience Qualifications:

• Required:
  Basic knowledge of the general trades: i.e., construction, machine shop electrical distribution systems and electrical equipment wiring; electronic and communications equipment; heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment; refrigeration; HVAC controls; plumbing or specific equipment maintenance
• Preferred: One to three years trade related experience or Military maintenance training and equipment service experience

Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $17.50 - 26.24 per hour.
