Truck Driver - Local Class B

Full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers

Average $84,739 annually. $10,000 retention bonus. Monday through Friday. Home daily. Dedicated route.

• Perform deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Monday through Friday. 10:30 PM start time.

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Current or ability to obtain a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required
• At least 1 year of documented commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years
• Three‑year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• English language proficiency required to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and undergo drug screening
• Associate must be able to accept responsibility for own safety and the safety of others, as the position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive

• Must be able to see and hear with close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and the rear cargo area
