North America Centralis hiring School Bus Drivers in the O'Fallon, IL area.
No experience? No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a clear path to a stable, rewarding role.
Pay & Benefits- Up to $28.89 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid weekly
- Up to $3,000 New Hire Bonus*
- Paid training at $15.00/hour no experience needed
- 401(k) with company match*
- Paid holidays + weekly perfect attendance bonus
- Optional summer work year-round opportunities available
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible schedules AM or PM routes available
- Minimum 4 hours per day guaranteed (typically 20 hours/week)
- Additional hours available (optional extra work)
- Dependent child ride-along program available (ages 2+*)
- Safely transport students to and from school
- Greet students and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain a safe, positive, and orderly ride experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license for at least 3 continuous years
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen (including marijuana), and physical
