Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager

Job Title

Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager (1st Shift) – internally titled Senior Logistics Manager – Edwardsville, IL

Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 annually (exempt, paid twice per month) with 10% annual bonus eligibility.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Employees may be required to work additional hours, days, or varying schedules as necessary.

• Lead inventory operations in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain strong inventory controls.
• Drive operational excellence and lead warehouse teams.
• Analyze inventory performance metrics and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce shrinkage and improve cycle‑count accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), conduct inventory audits, forecast demand, and collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, transportation, procurement, and finance.
• Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and execute operational activities.
• Identify and solve operational issues using LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, develop employees, and maintain a positive employee‑relations environment.
• Lead a proactive safety program and enforce company safety policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
• Preferred education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Preferred:
  Three (3) or more years of profit & loss responsibility.
• Preferred:
  One (1) or more year of customer interaction.
