Operations Assistant

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations of our warehouse by receiving, sorting, processing, and preparing electronic equipment for resale, recycling, or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD). This is a hands‑on position that requires working directly with electronics while helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming electronic equipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with inventory organization.
• Learn to identify, evaluate, and classify a wide variety of electronic products through company‑provided training.
• Accurately update inventory and processing records in the company’s system as materials move through the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
• Support warehouse operations, logistics, and project activities as assigned.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform other operational duties as needed.

• Strong hands‑on mechanical aptitude and the ability to work confidently with electronic equipment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and continuously expand knowledge of electronics, IT equipment, and recycling processes. No prior industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately update inventory records using computer systems.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn inventory management software.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift and move electronic equipment, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or related hands‑on work is a plus, but not required.
