Nursery: Grantham Nursery School, 100 Trent Road, Grantham, NG31 7XQ
Hours: Monday - Friday, part time, 12.5 hours per week (11.30am - 2pm)
Salary: Up to £13.05 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Hello, I’m Paula, the Nursery Manager at Grantham.
With over 30 years of experience in early years—including 7 years as a nursery manager—I lead a passionate and dedicated team committed to providing the very best play and learning experiences for our children.
Our expansive outdoor spaces offer endless opportunities for exploration, play, and hands‑on learning, making every day an exciting adventure. From our calming baby room to our enriched toddler areas and stimulating preschool classroom, every space is thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity and prepare children for school.
Our friendly and inviting rooms are filled with a wide variety of resources, creating a cozy and engaging atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and truly valued.

About the role:- Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
- A true love for child development and care
- Able and willing to work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
- High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
- Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
