A great opportunity is available for a skilled HGV Welder to join a busy and well equipped workshop in Grantham. This HGV Welder role involves carrying out welding and fabrication work on HGV bodies, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. The successful HGV Welder will be responsible for working on a variety of commercial vehicles, supporting both repairs and new fabrication tasks.

• Carry out welding and fabrication work on HGV bodies and components
• Repair and modify commercial vehicle structures as required
• Read and interpret technical drawings where necessary
• Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and durability
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Work with attention to detail to deliver high quality results

Essential

• Proven experience working as an HGV Welder or in a similar welding role
• Level 3 qualification in steel and aluminium welding
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail

• Competitive hourly rate of £17.00
