Grants Pass Automotive is looking for an Express Service Advisor. We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to learn and continue to grow their career. Average salary with bonuses for an Express Service Advisor around $50,000 yearly.

• Greet customers in service drive.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Generate repair orders based on customer concern.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Obtain authorization before work is performed.
• Review multi-point inspection with customer.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Other duties assigned.

• Availability to work weekends
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Previous industry knowledge Sales or Service experience
• Must be proficient with computers and able to type
• Positive attitude
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background & drug screen
