Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated General Dentist with a Pediatric Focus to join our team on a full-time basis (4 days per week). The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice general dentistry and will limit their clinical scope to pediatric patients. You will work alongside supportive clinical and administrative staff to provide exceptional dental care to infants, children, teens, and individuals with special needs.

- Deliver comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatment
- Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Provide child-friendly behavior guidance and education to patients and parents
- Apply preventive dentistry techniques including sealants, fluoride treatments, and anticipatory guidance
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to ensure quality patient care
- Create a positive and comfortable experience for children of all ages
- Participate in community outreach and oral health education initiatives (as appropriate)
- Promote patient retention through excellent customer service and follow-up care
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current dental license in the State of Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
- Ability to limit practice to pediatric dentistry ("General Dentist Limited to Pediatrics")
- Experience working with pediatric dental patients preferred, but not required for motivated candidates eager to grow in pediatric care
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Professional, collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset
