Compensation: $18.89 - $23.93 per hour. New hires placed at Step 1 through 9 depending on prior educational experience. Employees in qualifying positions receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision and contributions to PERS retirement accounts. • Ability to communicate and relate effectively with all students and staff.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with small groups of students.
• Strong knowledge of classical and current literature, non-fiction, and reference materials.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use and troubleshoot AV materials, copy machines, laminator and computers.

• Knowledge of the Dewey Decimal System.
• Experience with Follett library software (desired).
• Computer skills: proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Person filling this position will have to be fingerprinted.
