Job DescriptionAssist teachers and supervise students in grades 6-8 at Fleming Middle School. Perform administrative duties as needed, discipline students with dignity, and support instructional delivery.
Qualifications- Able to work with students in grades 6-8.
- Initiative and self‑directed.
- Assist teacher and supervise as needed.
- Ability to discipline with dignity.
- Must meet the standard for highly qualified paraprofessional.

- Two (2) years of college coursework or an Associate’s Degree (may be waived pending skills test).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Fingerprinting required.
