Job Description: The Evening Custodian is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and safety tasks in the school building during evening hours. Diligent care of surfaces, equipment, and minor repairs is required, as well as compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

• Use cleaning methods, materials, and equipment appropriately and efficiently.
• Exercise care when cleaning different building surfaces.
• Operate electrical and hand tools ordinarily used in housekeeping.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to structures and equipment.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Exert physical strength to perform eight hours of manual tasks.
• Maintain high moral standards and conduct suitable for working with children.
• Build cooperative relationships with staff, students, and the public.

• Preferably 6 months of experience caring for school buildings and grounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to use email (desired).
• Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions.
