Job DescriptionLicensed Extra Duty – High School PLC Team Leader. Begins August 2026 for the 2026/27 school year. Salary: $600 per year.
SummaryThe High School PLC Team Leader will serve as the facilitator of the 11th grade ELA PLC team, leading meetings, setting agendas, and promoting data‑driven instruction. The role requires a positive demeanor, strong planning and organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to the authentic work of PLC grade‑level teams.
QualificationsCurrent, valid teaching license issued by TSPC; knowledge of PLC process and implementation; excellent organizational and technology skills; effective communication skills; ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators; skilled in data analysis that leads to actionable steps; willingness to continually learn and improve teaching strategies and best practices.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities- Organize and facilitate PLC teams focused on essential standards, student data, and planning classroom‑based interventions and extensions. Maintain agendas, meeting notes, and team norms.
- Ensure the PLC team upholds Three Rivers School District PLC Collaboration Expectations.
- Attend district PLC Team Leader meetings twice yearly.
- Attend annual district PLC Team Leader professional development (Inservice Week).
- Identify and communicate professional development needs to high school administrators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
