The High School PLC Team Leader will serve as the facilitator of their grade-level content for the Professional Learning Community (PLC) team. This position requires a positive demeanor, planning and organization skills, effective communication, and a deep commitment to the authentic work in PLC grade‑level teams.

Current, valid teaching license issued by TSPC;
Knowledge of PLC process and implementation;
Excellent organizational and technology skills;
Effective communication skills;
Ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators;
Skilled in data analysis that leads to actionable steps;
Possesses a desire and willingness to continually learn and improve in teaching strategies and best practices.

Organize and facilitate PLC teams that are focused on essential standards, assessments using student data, and planning classroom-based interventions/extensions. This includes maintaining agendas, meeting notes, and team norms.

Ensure the PLC team focuses on upholding the established Three Rivers School District PLC Collaboration Expectations.

Attend district PLC Team Leader meetings twice yearly.

Attend annual district PLC Team Leader Professional Development (Inservice Week).

Identify and communicate professional development needs to high school administrators.

Other duties as assigned.
