- Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment programs for patients
- Design effective occupational therapy treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality care standards
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
- Apply clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to support patient progress
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure as required by Oregon Board of Occupational Therapy
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
