Pride Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist
- Homecare to support our client's home health services in Grants Pass, OR 97527.
Schedule:
M-F, 8-4:30
Location:
Grants Pass, OR 97527. Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion) Pay Range: $50/HR- $53/HR
* Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes, to include the assessment and development of a POC, ongoing evaluation and oversight of OTA.
- Experience as home health Occupational Therapists is required.
- Home Health experience required.
- HCHB is preferred.
- Oregon OT license.
- Ability to travel daily to patient homes within assigned territory (50 miles radius).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in home-based care environments.
