Sterilization Technician

• Decontaminate and clean all equipment and instruments to ensure sterility
• Accurately assemble instrument sets based on established count sheets
• Prepare and package instruments, differentiating steam versus gas sterilization needs
• Store, deliver, and manage sterile supplies using aseptic technique
• Evaluate equipment function and report issues for repair or maintenance
• Clean and sanitize clinical areas between patients and restock treatment rooms
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists

• 1+ years of experience as a dental sterilization technician (preferred)
• Physical ability to transport supplies and equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Able to manage multiple demands while supporting patient flow
• Strong team player who supports colleagues as needed
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology (preferred)
