Details- Outpatient orthopedic setting at a medical office facility
- 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- 18-week assignment length
- Uses Epic EMR
- 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience required
- Active Oregon PT license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
- Licenses and certifications must be active; pending licensure not accepted
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel pay
- Open to first-time travelers
