Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Clinical Scribe to join their team! Part Time, 20-hours a week, Monday-Friday

The Clinical Scribe provides administrative support to clinical staff, as assigned. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of clinical information from the clinician into the electronic medical record. This role may provide additional clinical or administrative support if needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately transpose notes into Adapt’s electronic medical record
• Provide support in managing clinician’s calendar, ensuring consistency between separate platforms
• Understand clinical process to provide support to clinicians
• Complete all administrative support tasks in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all policies and regulations to ensure patient privacy
