What You’ll Do

As the IT Help Desk Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support Help Desk Technicians
  • Oversee daily Help Desk operations and service delivery
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests and achievement of service goals
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Support critical healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Record (HER) systems, workstations, mobile devices, printers, phones, and other equipment
  • Manage endpoint deployment, inventory, lifecycle planning, and technology asset tracking
  • Coordinate IT purchasing and equipment distribution
  • Develop and improve support workflows, documentation, and knowledge base resources
  • Monitor performance metrics and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve technology services
  • Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), security policies, and healthcare technology standards
  • Participate in technology projects, upgrades, and organizational initiatives
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader who combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of IT Help Desk experience
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience supporting healthcare technology environments
  • Knowledge of EHR systems such as Next Gen, Epic, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, remote support tools, and IT service management best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA or ITIL are a plus
