We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Manufacturing to design and organize the manual manufacturing process.

This role is pivotal in optimizing efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Leadership – Oversee production operations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency while implementing process improvements. Set and implement long- and short-term manufacturing goals, capacity planning, and cost control measures.
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting – Lead S&OP activities, collaborating with sales and stakeholders to anticipate demand and align supply chain strategies. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success.
• Procurement & Supplier Management – Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal selection, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee supplier panel creation, performance evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Logistics & Inventory Optimization – Manage warehousing, distribution, and internal logistics to improve efficiency and service levels. Establish and track performance indicators to optimize inventory control and ensure seamless operations.
• Technology & Process Enhancement – Lead ERP/MRP improvements and implement cutting-edge IT solutions to streamline operations. Drive automation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance decision-making.
• Real Estate and Facility Optimization – Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance operational layouts and maximize efficiency within manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
• Service & After-Sales Support – Work closely with the service and after-sales teams to support product lifecycle management and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Development – Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing supply chain and manufacturing team. Define job roles, conduct performance evaluations, and support ongoing professional development.
• Quality, Safety, & ESG Compliance
• Implement and ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and ISO regulations.
• Promote environmental sustainability initiatives and lead 5S methodology in manufacturing operations.
• Uphold corporate governance policies and anti-corruption measures.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Production, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Expertise in ERP systems, supply chain software, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
