We’re looking for a Detail & Deburr Operator to assist with parts finishing, shop cleanliness, and manual tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with hands‑on work, and want to be part of a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

• Use hand and power tools to clean, deburr, polish, grind, and finish parts.
• Perform minor repairs on parts, such as fixing small dents or scratches.
• Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and instructions to ensure quality work.
• Assist in packaging products and preparing them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Accurately document work completed, including work travelers and timecards.

• No experience needed. We will train the right person on the job.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of mathematics.
• Comfortable with light physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs and working with cardboard packaging.
• Must be safety-conscious and follow established procedures.

• Full‑time or part‑time positions available.
• Work Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4‑day workweek, 10‑hour shifts).
• Overtime and weekend shifts are sometimes required/available.
