Job Summary

Perform all functions of Powder Coast Department, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

• Use hands for fine manipulation, squeezing powder coat gun trigger
• Use powder coat painter; reach with hands and arms
• Walk/stand for long periods of time
• Lift or move no more than fifty (50) pounds
• Handle and move materials frequently

• Lift: 0–100 lbs (varies by task frequency)
• Carry: 0–100 lbs (tasks include walking uneven surface, climbing stairs/Ladder, reaching above shoulder)
• Push: 0–100 lbs (grasping, squeezing, operating foot control)
• Pull: 0–100 lbs (tasks include outside movements with heat, cold, dust, and noise conditions)
• Environment:
  Inside and Outside conditions (heat, cold, dry dust, and noise)
