Job Summary:

Perform all functions of Deck Plant Welding Department ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Open Schedules:

• Monday-Thursday
• 10 hours
• 6:00am – 4:15pm

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• The incumbent works primarily in a manufacturing facility

Pay:

This position starts at $18.50, until after their 90 days may have an increase to $21.50.

Position Expectations:

• Must be able to pass the internal "Weld Test"
• Use and knowledge of "MIG Welding" required
• Basic knowledge of universal hand tools required
• Willingness to learn how to read a blueprints
• Ability to learn various department centers
• Ability to learn to read a measuring tape
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail regarding product specification, quality standards, and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support multiple customers
• Attendance is an essential function of this position
• Ability to cross-train on other areas within the facility
• Must be 18-years of age
